風頭人物|王祖藍投放重金準備大改革:要攞返主導權!


「以前喺上海一日飛三個地方,舟車勞頓好有生產力咁,而家日日坐office,好似好無生產力咁。」如果膚淺一點來看,王祖藍曾在一場4小時的帶貨直播創下2280萬人民幣成交金額(觀看人次890萬),生產力是極高。如果理性一點來看,回歸無綫兩個多月,交出9個全新的綜藝節目,同時帶來余安安、 Eric Kwok、「傻姑」陳安瑩等人,令觀眾周未不再《流行經典50年》或陳年演唱會,這又何嘗不是生產力呢?


王祖藍2012年首次亮相內地綜藝節目《快樂大本營》,短短8年,由主持、工作室老闆到近年掘起的電商,難怪去年有定居上海的打算,繼而置業、為女兒搵學校。「我有經理人同製作公司喺北京,有電商喺上海同杭州,另外廣州亦都有公司,喺內地鋪墊已經好完整。經理人公司基本上已經放手,但對做生意好有興趣,加上呢兩年做電商都有啲成績,係做藝人以外能夠賺錢嘅機會,同時又可以創造工作機會,感覺上比有一個持久嘅將來。」祖藍透露去年王媽媽到上海探望他時,主動提議他移居內地,但隨著「獎門人」曾志偉的召喚,祖藍唯有拖家帶口返港。


有錢唔賺?

談及曾志偉,祖藍坦言與對方經常意見不一,但大家都會攤晒出嚟講。「我待人處事唔夠佢好,佢同大人物傾嘢時好識規矩,而我係好易得罪人。同埋佢睇宏觀,每場仗點打都會諗得好仔細,而我未必留意到。」受近年的社會運動影響,港人對無綫觀感每下愈況,難怪祖藍返新工前已預料到吃力不討好,雖然沒有如果,但假如將返娘家時間再推早一點,情況會否好一點?身為基督徙的祖藍笑言神從來沒有向他作出指引,一切皆是「pat pat癢」,他說:「無遲無早,早兩年我都未識電商啦。而家唔能夠改變大環境,只可以改變自己,出面係點某程度上已成定局,所以第一件事係團結、士氣同待遇,呢啲都係需要時間,再嚟就係製作水平。」


改革浪接浪

要提升製作水平,除了知人善用,改革亦是必須的,祖藍說:「大家比啲時間我,我真係坐咗兩個月,迫得啲員工好慘。我將呢兩個月嘅觀察整合之後,奧運之後改革,而再下一波會係台慶之後。」比起國內的電視行業發展,一個節目隨時有十億廣告,香港無疑落後很多,這亦是改革的阻力一。「其實真係無得同內地比,因為想有資源時,廣告條例又唔放寬,再加上近年一啲網絡欺淩,情況就係你唔比廣告我,但又要鬧我啲節目唔好睇,咁想我點做?唯有係進步,但進步都要成本,以音樂節目為例,mixing係錢、band係錢,要改善剪接,買部好啲嘅電腦,十台八台又係錢。」


重奪主導權?


友台的音樂節目《Chill Club》用兩年時間做出口碑,獲不少行內人士讚賞,反觀有40年歷史的《勁歌金曲》近年不時成為笑柄,身為高層又有何看法?「呢個係良性競爭,你唔做我咪去做囉,我仲要投放資源去做。所以呢個時候我哋都應該攞返主導權,自己都要做返好,唔好太被動,被人話先做。呢兩個月觀察咗《勁歌》我都想改,想做到歌手、觀眾、聽眾都好享受,因為呢個係個音樂節目,係好應該去享受。正如你聽《戀愛預告》、《沒有你還是愛你》覺得係享受,但可唔可以每個音樂節目水平都唔好差太遠呢?咁所以要改。」
