3 man arrested for street gambling in Lei Muk Shue Village

Based on information and in-depth investigations, the Special Duty Squad of Tsuen Wan Police District launched an anti-illegal street gambling operation at 3 o'clock this afternoon (1st) and arrested 3 men aged 63 to 78 in Lei Muk Shue Village on suspicion of being in a casino. Gambling in any place outside or on the street, a deck of cards and a small amount of cash were seized during the operation. In addition, 3 arrested men and 5 onlookers were suspected of violating the gathering restriction order, and 8 people were issued fixed penalty notices.

3男子梨木樹邨街頭賭博被捕

荃灣警區特別職務隊探員根據線報及深入調查，今午（1日）3時許展開打擊非法街頭賭博行動，在梨木樹邨拘捕3名男子，年齡由63至78歲，涉嫌在賭場以外任何場所或在街道上進行賭博，行動中檢獲一副紙牌及小量現金。另外，3名被捕男子及5名圍觀男子，涉嫌違反限聚令，8人被發定額罰款通知書。
